Voluntary Compliance
A phrase that you may have never heard of until now. In the following video you will see how it plays a profound role in your life and the lives of almost everyone around you.
You must volunteer to be a Federal Taxpayer otherwise everyone at the IRS goes to prison for slave trade. They claim that you "elected" to be a taxpayer when you filed your first IRS 1040 form. So you are not automatically a Federal Taxpayer, it is a contract which you entered "voluntarily".
So what happens when the taxpayers become knowledgeable of the situation and choose not to "Volunteer" anymore?
That's where we come in! Any contract can be revoked and we have identified the actual process that must be performed in order to exit this cycle!
Revocation of Election (R.O.E.)
There exists a process known as Revocation of Election (R.O.E.), described under 26 U.S.C. §6013(g)(4)(A) — Termination of Election by Taxpayer.
This process allows individuals to formally withdraw from the federal income tax system, restoring their standing as non-taxpayers or nonresident aliens under law.
Those who have successfully completed this process state that their IRS records have been updated to reflect their changed status — provided the legal documents were prepared with precise language, grammar, and lawful intent.
When these documents are drafted in complete fact and truth, the I.R.S. cannot dispute your right to exit their tax system.
This process, they say, isn’t about evading taxes — it’s about understanding your rights and making lawful, informed choices about your relationship with the federal government.
To determine if you qualify, you must agree with or be able to answer “yes” to the following statements:
1. I was born in one of the 50 states of the Union, have at least one parent who was born in one of the 50 states of the Union, or have been naturalized as a citizen of the Republic of the United States.
2. I have made a previous “election” (meaning I filed a federal income tax return at some point in my life).
3. I understand that the statutes of 26 USC § 6013(g) provide the authority for a ROE, and I have read this paper and possess a basic understanding of the material
4. American Nationals (Nonresident Aliens, as defined by Title 26) are permitted to revoke the election, and I acknowledge that I can never file another federal income tax return again.
5. I am NOT a Federal employee or Federal official in ANY capacity.
6. I DO NOT have a residence or domicile in the District of Columbia or any U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or American Samoa.
7. I DO NOT derive any income as an American National that is effectively connected with the conduct of a statutory “trade or business” (defined as engaging in the functions of a public office) within the District of Columbia.
8. I understand this process removes me from the U.S. tax system for the present tax year, which in this case (assuming revocation today) would be October 1 of 2025. You are still responsible for paying prior years unless you stipulate an earlier revocation date, for example, if they were claiming that you owed taxes from 2019 that you objected to then and ever since, you could make revocation effective October 1 of 2019. (Please Note: You can set your revocation as far back as 10 years).
9. I understand that the ROE process pertains exclusively to federal income taxes and that I may still be liable for state income tax, FICA, or other taxes. If you agree with and/or answered “yes” to the above 9 questions, you qualify for our ROE services.

If you are a 1099 employee, imagine the liberation of no longer needing to meticulously track business-related miles and expenses or organize receipts.
If you are employed, we will assist you if your employer is deducting W-4 withholdings from your paychecks. This will need to be stopped and corrected, and instructions and affidavits for this process are included with our ROE service.
The average American pays over $14,000 annually in federal income taxes. Higher income individuals pay much more! Over a lifetime, American Nationals will give the federal government hundreds of thousands of dollars—money they never had to pay!
That’s your money, and you should keep it instead of letting our government waste it.
There are several different ways to separate yourself from the IRS and not pay Federal Income Taxes.
At Amara Kin, we have chosen the most direct, proven, and easiest way to EXIT the U.S. tax club. This is done through an ROE.
The other ways take more time, are more costly, and have risk. Those other options are not wise, therefore we have no interest in exposing our clients to these other avenues. Take the easy road and file an ROE!
